在新东方我是跟着高嵩老师上课，他给我们讲的Sentence simplification题主要抓住逻辑关系，在15秒内解决问题。
; {1 ]: |1 X8 K意思就是抓住highlight部分中的表示关系的词，然后从选项中找出同样逻辑关系的关系词。就是那个选项。如果有两个选项具备与题目相同的逻辑关系，那么再分析。

' d4 D. N% W, j根据高嵩老师的方法，先判断题型，很明显的句子简化。直接找关系词。
7 Y3 v  E5 c6 G8 W' Z虽然这道题目可以找出两个关系词：however, even though，但是很明显主要的关系词是however。所以证明主从句之间是转折的关系，所以从选项当中找表示转折关系的关系词。C选项里的Although表示转折，所以这道题选C

2.Highlight部分： He refused to develop projection technology, reasoning that if he made and sold projections, then exhibitors would purchase only one machine--- a projector ---- form him instead of several.

找关系词，不难找到reasoning，表示原因的逻辑关系。所以到选项中找关于原因的关系词。在B和C选项中分别有because表示原因，答案必定在其中，最后经分析，得出答案是B。

这是我在OG上找的两个例子。高嵩老师说，他不推荐Delta上的题，因为不是真题，所以不推荐，也不推荐任何题。但是我做了Delta和Lonman上的阅读才发现这个简化句子题问题很大。因为几乎所有题干的句子都没有关系词。按照高嵩老师的讲解，真题上大多数都应该有关系词，只有少数的没有关系词。

为了解答你的问题我查找了一下ETS的practise online,因为我觉得目前为止这套题目是最接近真实考题的.

所以我觉得逻辑关系只是一种非常有效的解题的工具,而不是万能的工具5 y4 K+ `2 s% k' S) O4 z  i& x
ETS的题目也不是所有都有关系词$ \4 R1 K5 U) h1 n/ W2 e$ n0 a
至于DELTA和LONGMAN的话,我觉得DELTA更接近ETS的出题思路一点,但是模拟题毕竟是模拟题,更真题的思路总是有或多或少的偏差的,不推荐模拟题其实也是有道理的.  ~- T1 r9 Z6 b8 m( \1 b+ E
但是在新托福资料如此稀缺的今天,当OG做完了之后,除了模拟题,我们拿什么练习呢?
