题目是：同意不同意司机在白天高峰期的时候开车应该支付费用

实在不知道该怎么写。

charging extra fees in the rush hours can not efficiently achieve the goal releasing the pressure and avioding the traffic jams for the reason that many driving activities on the rush hours are, virtually, inevitable. For instance, many white collars have to drive to the company in the rush hours. Therefore, the very approach to reduce the number of cars on the rush hour is not to charge drivers extra fees but to enhance the public transportation equipments such as subways and buses, which can make people more willing to take buses or subways than to drive.

谢谢LS提供的思路，不过我觉得同意会比较好写吧。
现在看到另外一种写法是同意的
1.收费可以增加税收.帮助改善交通
2.收费可以控制高峰期
3.收费可以减少开车的

很好很强大～

I agree with the idea provided by LZ. because those reasons are better suitable for the real situation in US.

It is unnecessary to be correspond with the situation, I suggest, since the readers are more willing to see your own experience in your own life.
Besides, to agree is better because I feel hard to list more than one reasons to disagree with the desicion, though the only reason, in my opinion, is convincing enough.
