第二句么，首先，这么复杂的句式（都是戴云惹的祸）不适合用在结尾处，适合在开头做个非常煊的hook，还有句式最好多理解一下，愣套就会有误区，比如这disadvantages 能 enjoy 么？所以是：Numerous， though the disadvantages of a new theatre construction brings about, they can not compete with the benefits that having a new theatre enjoys, when the whole community and government pay enough attention.
