虽然A或许有1、2个缺点，但是如果考虑到A带来的好处：B 的话，这些缺点是可以被忽略掉的。

我想用个复杂句，大概是这样：
Though there may be 1 or 2 disadvantages of A, they can be naglected ?????????, when B is taken into account.

问号部分不知道应该怎么说
可以直接说 they can be neglected by the merits of A.  吗？

参考相似的句型：虽然A的优点是很明显的，但是如果考虑到B的话，A还是不能和C相比的。
Though the advantages of A is are wonderful, then can not compete with the benifits of C, when B is taken into account.
