writing:house or business

[b]You have a enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy? Give specific reasons ro explain your choice.[/b]

Choosing whether to buy a house or a business is a huge decision to make. There are several benefits to both of them in different period in one's life.

To invest a business when we are young can be the better choice. It helps us to get a higher start to our career, that is, to be an employer rather than an employee. And being an employer means that we should take part in the administration of the company, which is challenging for most of us. If a boss wants his or her company continuously bring him or her stable profits, s/he must have some good qualities such as creativity, being serious, flexibility and so on. It means that while we are trying to be a good employer, we are trying to develop these qualities at the same time. Even finally we fail in our business. The experience of running a business is still a precious lesson to our future development. In contrast, if we purchase a house in stead of a business, there cannot be so much challenges and excitements waiting for us.

However, when we pass the age of hard work, purchasing a house can be a wiser option, because it provides us more free time, a stable living environment and even a considerable income. Owning a house is much easier than owning a business, you don't have to spend enormous amount of time on having conference, making decisions and many other complicated things. So we can have more spare time to stay with families, having parties with friends or watching the latest Hollywood's blockbuster. Further more, once we have our own house, we will never be anxious about the raising price of house. And if we want, we can rent our house out to get an extra income. According to a statistics reported by China Daily, the average rent in Beijing city is 2000 RMB, which can afford the basic needs of a normal family with 3 family members.

In conclusion, I think the decision depends on the age, which I am. For example, if I just had graduated from college, I will choose to run my own business. If I was retired, I'd like to buy a house and enjoy my personal life.

这句看着有点别扭，暂时想不起来怎么改，:lol

感觉看了第一段,理由逻辑有点逆向思维哈.
怎么是doing business是为了building good qualities呢?
我觉得好处一一列出即可,不用象追本溯源找原因这样写.
