There are several reasons for this phenomen[color=red]o[/color]n: basic need, money, self-fulfillment and so on. In a nut, job is more and more important for people, both men and women.[/size][/font]

[font=Times New Roman][size=3]The initiate reason for people to work is the basic need to make a living. Before human culture began, when there was no concept about money, all people hunting for living in which men were in charge of catching animals and women were expected to breast children and pick fruits. There were so influenced resources that jobs were unnecessary for them. [/size][/font]

[font=Times New Roman][size=3]As with the development of society, especially today, people have to work hard in order to earn more money not only to satisfy the basic need, but also help pursue better and better life which is the nature of human. For example, some people often move to a so called better community to show their capacity. When the neighbor buys a new car, the people would work harder to get such a car or even a better one. Actually, the potential competition in people forces them go to work.[/size][/font]

[font=Times New Roman][size=3]However, there are other reasons for people to take part in work besides physical need. The most important one should be self-fulfillment. Since human is intelligent in emotion, they have necessity in mind, that is they would try to prove their value to the country. For example, the scientists, who often care little about money, devote themselves into invention and contribution to the country without considering their health or even lives. Such spirit impulse those people working in with an attitude of altruism. What they pursue is self-fulfillment.[/size][/font]
