144. Would you prefer to live in a traditional house or in a modern apartment building? Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.

There is a public recognition today that people want to live in a  traditional house rather than a mordren one. Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concerns, however, I perfer living in a mordern aparrment to inhabitating in a traditional house, in other word,I would like to live in a place near downtown.

In the first place, the essential reason why I choose a mordern house is based on  my job. Working in a big company in downtown, I have no alternative but to live in a place near it in order to not to be late for work. Considering the taffic in my city is terrible, which may be the most serious problem in all big city, living in a traditional house seems too far for me.

Furthermore, there is an equally solid fact that modern apartment is more secure than a triditional one. It is universally acknowledged that most triditonal houses are built in country side, where fewer people live in. the fewer people there are ,the more dangerous there is, especially in the evening. On the contray, a mordern apartment always provides a safe serurity system, avoiding cirme happen in extent.

Last but not least, a more practical reason why I want to live in a modern apartment is that it is convient than a triditional one. For example, after a day work, I always feel tired and I do not want to cook. By making a phone call to a restraunt enable me to eat in a quicker way.Imagine I was living in a triditional house, may be it will take the fast food service sevsral hours arrive, even worse, the restauanr may reject my require just because it is not worthy.

Form what has been discussed above, we may sagety draw the conclusion that it is better living in a modern apartment because it is safe, convinient and good for my work.
