Children often are regarded as the hope of the family and parents usually perform as well as they can to facilitate their children’s growing up both in material condition and mental field. Some parents, however, to cultivate their children in a wrong way, namely, to spoil their children, giving them no household tasks even if the youngsters has the ability to do such stuff. In my opinion, those parents have neglected the benefits that doing the housework might bring to their children.
One great thing about doing housework is that it can not only improve the children's skills in some essential work like cooking and washing clothes, but also can help them establish a good working habits. Those who often do housework for their parents are often good at taking care of people and making a living by themselves. In contrast, those who hardly participate in the housework are often feel helpless when they leave their parents, which further make them feel lonely or difficult to get along with their mates.
Another point worth mention is that doing housework can bring harmony to the family. Parents always pay their time and energy to their children, however, in most occasions, children could not understand their parents' dedication. This would result in some misunderstand or conflicts between them. Parents would be annoyed for their payments while children are just confused. If the children, like the parents, take some everyday housework, they would get an insight into how hard the jobs are and how many their parents provide to them. Finally, doing housework is helpful for student to erect an independent character. The world is imbued with competition in every corner today, and if one would to stand in or win over, he or she must have an arduous attitude and hard character, and doing housework is the basic way to help children to build this capability in their early days. Moreover, parents would finally leave them one day, how do the children struggle to if they are able to do nothing?
For children's good risen up, parents should aware that it is a good way to let their boy or girl do some housework. Because this is good for their healthy and independent characters' forming as well as for family's pleased circumstance.
