Delta 96页第8题疑问

我觉得所有选项都是reduce stress的啊
答案选B
而原文中第5,6行写着jasmine will uplift the mood and reduce depression
不是也表达了reduce stress的意思么
而且后面写着orange eases anxiety and depression，则orange不也是reduce 了depression么？
如果B是答案，那么D不也要选了么？
这是怎么回事啊？
