[size=3]Currently, people face a dilemma and hold two opposite opinion on the question how people obtain success, which has sparked a general debate in the whole society. Some people are driven to believe that success in life comes from taking risk, for the higher risk brings more reward in return. On contrary, other people argue that a careful plan give us the chance to be successful. My personal experience leads to a conclusion that both taking risks and careful planning are reasonable.
First of all, careful planning is the fist step to success, for it is the sufficient evidence of success. Even though we may find some "direct access" to success, the planning of time and activity is also vital. As the head of sociology in my university, Mr. Liu once told us: a careful and fully plan to success is what heart to a people, or the root to a plant. This illustrates we should firstly completed a fully, careful, and practicable plan before we step into the road to success. Therefore, we can safely say that without careful plan, the brilliant success is definitely infeasible.
In addition, is a fully plan really sufficient? The negative answer is self-evident. The experts tell us that the high risk cost brings the higher profits. That is because when we crab a opportunity that other people never get or dare to obtain, we may acquire a the profit and reward others never get. It is never worthy surprising when we see that Bill Gates abandon the Bachelor Degree of Harvard University, which is the most famous university in the USA or even the whole world, and then he build the empire of Microsoft. In other words, if we want to obtain marvelous success others will never get, taking risks or chances are essential. If the goal is success, it is determinately that risks to hardworking are what conduits to water.
All in all, without a careful and fully plan, all the hardworking is authentically unwarranted; without risks and chances, it is undeniablely difficult and arduous for us get the success others never get. I can safely draw a conclusion that both taking risks and careful planning are all essential to success. Of course, besides a plan and some risks, as we all know, efforts are also important.[/size]
