求助呀，中立观点的文章应该怎么写？

最近发现有很多t的文题都适合中立的观点，可这样的文章该怎么写呢？请高人指点~~:L :'(

能不能举个例子？
一般是先倒向一边，然后让步，在强调吧，不知道对不对？

开头方法:
1.People seldom agree with each other even in such trivial issue as preference between.....and....    . It's a little bit haste to say that it is better to do sth. than....   , or vice versa.
2.Doing sth. , whether ...  , or ....  , is in fact quite a big decision. Both of these options have their ralative benefits.
第二段：

However, ...... has its advantages as well. .......
结尾：
