[font=Times New Roman]What do you want to do for the improvement of your community if you have determined to spend several hours of your time each month? Different people possess different ideas. Some may want to beautify and clean the community; others may want to enhance the education ideology of the community. However, the individual only have several hours per month. As far as I am concerned, I prefer to enhance the relationships among residents of the community. My arguments for this point are shown as follow.[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]Our community is nearly perfect except the relationships among the neighborhood. The natural environment in our community is really agreeable since there is a garden with many green trees and various gorgeous flowers. After a whole day of study and work, we usually have a walk in the garden to relieve pressures from work and study and we really benefits a lot in that our mental and physical conditions become much healthier. In addition, our community gets a really high level education because we have our own primary school and even our own community high school. And the education quality of these schools is really excellent. Therefore each year a lot of high school graduates have the opportunity to study in some world-famous universities. It is also convenient for children in our community to study there because that it only takes them about five minutes from home to school. After I have a deeper reflection about our community, there is nothing but neighborhood relationships deserving enhancement. We even seldom say hello to each other even though we recognize each other as residents of the same community.[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]Better relationships are the impetus of more communication among residents. And this communication can provide us with a much more relaxing living environment and the community is really becoming the home of all residents emotionally. With the development of the society, working in cities becomes stressful and the burden from the jobs brings a lot of mental problems for many people. If we have a harmonic relationship, when coming home, we can have a talk with each other and maybe the worries from work will disappear since the talking can really distract our attention from the burdens. Driven by a healthier mental condition, we may not afraid of facing problems of the next day's work.[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]To enhance the relationships, I have to organize a lot of activities for residents. For example, we can dance together or play chess after work; we can play basketball or football together at weekends. These cultural or physical activities really bring a lot of fun and color to our normal life and each individual are given an opportunity to do some exercises. What is more, I can have a training of my organization abilities which is extremely beneficial for my future careers.[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]To sum up, when I have a balance of the small amount of time I spend on the improvement of our relationships and huge benefits we get from it, I are willing to devote my precious time to this meaningful thing.[/font]
