请教一个句子结构的问题
Plane can not only offer high speed travel to people, but will never fail to hold heavy luggage at a high speed as well.
这句句子前后算是对仗工整吗？是否存在结构不平行的问题？

注意复数Planes . 其他的用not only but also不是挺好？ 为什么不用？
