两会 liǎnghuì
两会 liǎnghuì (two meetings): 两 liǎng means TWO; and 会 huì means meeting / conference / session. It refers Annual Sessions of National People’s Congress (NPC) and National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) which was help in Beijing on early March 2008.
