With the development of technoledge,telecommuting has become more and more popular, especially among the young.It is such a convenienve for those who live far from their working place.And it bring affects mot only in the aspect of working place.
Telecommuting saves so much valuable time for people. Everyday people spend too many time on road, if their office is so far away from their home. People may get up earlier to avoid traffic jam and being late, which surely reduce their time for sleeping, and that will affect their working effect more or less. Such waste of time will not happen when people choose to working at home. People can oganize their schedule freely and take the most effective period of time for working.
On the other hand, for most young people, who live alone in their apartment working at home means no disturbing. They can concentrate themselves in their task. Unlike in the office, sometimes the phone rings, sometimes people talk to you, those are all things which can distract your attention.
People can work according to their habits. I think it is another most important trait for telecommuting. People have different habits to improve their working efficiency. Some people need to smoke while thinking, while some other people need to wander around to figure out something. But all these behaviers are not suitable at all in working office, for people are working together, some particular behavier may disturb other people. When people choose telecommuting, they can keep their habit while working, which help them to work better.
For me, as a member of the young, I think I also prefer telecommuting. Then I,m more free to arrange my time and stuff. If you think I may feel alone while working at home. Then I will tell you. that actually telecommuting save a lot of time for me to spent them with my good friends and my families. I really appreciate that.
