Nowadays, there are people in increasing number who prefer to work alone without any help from others, to the opposite, some claim that they would definitely choose to work with some people together. From my point of view, working with a group of people is much better than handle all those things by myself, as working with others can be more effective and more enjoyable. It is quite obvious that more people mean more power than only one. Each person can have some advantages, they may be especially good at some point than others, for example, some people are born to be leaders; some are good at having some good ideas; some can handle everything without saying a word while some are always ready to find the disadvantages in the working plan. From this, things can go well as everybody tries their best. When somebody has a problem, there will always be some people there to help him/her to solve it with no difficulties. What's more, it can save much time when people work together if everybody does what he is good at, let us take an easy case as example, if making a pair of shoes will take A one hour, take B half an hour and making a pair of socks will take A half an hour, B one whole hour, then for each of them, it will take 1.5 hours to have a pair of shoes and a pair of socks done, but it only need half an hour if we make A to make socks and B to make shoes. And with 1.5 hours, A and B can have three pairs of shoes and socks done. The second good point of working with people is that working becomes more enjoyable. Quite a lot of people claim that with others together, working seems not that boring any more. During a short work time, it's easy for workmate to build a life-long friendship. We can imagine, if we work all day without doing anything interesting, we would absolutely feel quite bored and no longer want to work, though we may have some relax on our own. However, with people aside, we could chat with each other, talk about our daily life, about our family, our hobbies and even stupid things we just did, there will always be more laughter around. During the leisure time, we can go to have a cup of coffee together or do some sports, which will always be a much better mean of relax than just playing some computer games alone. We should not neglect that there may be one or two merits of working alone. Among them, the most noticeable one is that working alone might a good exercise for people. It is considered 'only when people have no one to depend on, people can be better', which means for one, for example, when he/she works alone, if time is really limit, he/she will have this work done in an amazing speed. But I don't believe this would always happens, maybe in this case, people do finish it in time, but who can make sure it is done in its best way? While, for most people, when they face cases like this, if they are sure that it is too hard to finish it in such a short time, they will give up! And also, it is easy to find that there's one thing that 'the law' won't work in any cases, the leadership. When one work alone, the only one he/she can lead is him/herself, which means he/she could never becomes a good leader through this. From all the facts, we can safely draw to the conclusion, working with people is much better than working alone, though both of them possibly have some advantages. (<50min 629words)
