[size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]      Have you ever felt useless by yourself for your first job after graduated from University or college? Have you ever had any trouble in public relationship with your work team? Have you ever got over the deep depression in office or felt disappointment with your job? If you have never had such experiences, you would never recognize how important the work experience is.[/font][/size]
[size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]      Work experience should be the most important section in consideration when you want to select a person to teach others to do a job. “Knowledge is power”, but it does not mean that knowledge can help to solve every trouble in jobs. For instance, Kelly, one of my friends has had a part-time job experience during last summer vacation. She was very good at her major in school that made her do believe her can accomplish the work plan easily, but fail at last. Obviously, the reason of her fail is not lack of the professional knowledge, but work experience. How to transform the theory into practice is a gigantic problem for all graduated students. The only thing can mix up the matter is try to get more experience during the work.[/font][/size]
[size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]       Unlike the campus, public relationship is a necessary aspect in office. It is probability the quality of the work can influenced by the relationship between the work team. The graduates have to learning how to get well with others as a big challenge. And such ability is a part of work experience, too.[/font][/size]
[size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]       According to a recent survey in my hometown, about 56 per cent people conceded they feel depress or disappoint for their job. As the result few of them can do their job best with such negative position. In evidently, an affirmative psychology can promote the effective of achieve the missions. But it is not so easy to do so because a prefect attitude need time to build up as a part of work experience,.[/font][/size]
[size=14pt]        Admittedly, person’s education and the quality of the person’s previous work do have certain advantages over work experience. They can prove the level of education and ability of achieve the emission .However, work experience have more valuable merits as an efficient, manageable means for teaching others to do a job. Therefore my standpoint to choose work experience as my final choice for the investment.

get over  经历过困苦，战胜困难的意思吧。
experiences 不知道经验能不能用复数
the reason of her fail is not lack of the professional knowledge,  这里fail是动词应该用failure， is not lack 不能直接用在后面吧，我也不知道为什么，就是感觉怪怪的。
The only thing can mix up the matter is try to get more experience during the work.  mix up 的意思是把事情搞砸
It is probability the quality of the work can influenced by the relationship between the work team.  应该加一个witch
The graduates have to learning how to get well with others as a big challenge.   learning-》learn   后面的as a big challenge 不知道对不对。
其他的两个观点好像只提及了education，没有previous job。
