There is no consensus people as to such an argument.
Some people maintain that teachers should be paid as much as doctors.lawyers.and business leaders.While others may not agree.From my personal angle alone. The former point coincides with mine.
The teacher should do something that they shouldn’t do that. The average annual starting salary for teachers is 1000 a month. For that, we ask them to tech,police,provide emotion and social guidance. In some school, they actually have to clean the toilets. In addition to they actual classroom duties.and they teaches other education to the older kids. And they teaches standardized test the school mandates in order to qualify for funding under the “no child left behind act”.beside that, the teacher also spend another 10 hours a month meeting with parents. They supervise extracurricular activities. Goes on overnight class trip.cleans and disinfects toys.coaches.they teaches fire drill safety procedures healthy eating habits.also certified in CPR. First aid and half our teachers are quitting the profession outright within five year. Nevermind who’s going to handle the Epi-Pen. who’s going to teach?
Maybe the individual influence of any effort or belief would not be any output. Because of its inborn limit but the society can be and should be more mutually considerate among every single soul
