butterflies in my stomach 七上八下；相當緊張
stomach 是「胃或腹部」，這個片語依字面直譯為「腹中有蝴蝶」，用來形容人緊張時忐忑不安的情形。也可以說成 butterflies in my tummy。


  I was so nervous before the presentation. I had butterflies in my stomach all afternoon.
  上台簡報前我很緊張。整個下午我都七上八下。
