When it comes to which occupation you prefer working with machines or working with people mainly, the answers vary considerably among people. For me, I would consider working with people as my favorite chose. Among the diverse reasons, communicating directly and both effective and efficient cooperation turn out to be the foremost elements.

I would like to work with people because there would be easier for me to communicate with them. As a famous saying goes" to be is to be in relations", no one can avoid the influence of other people. But since everyone possesses an independent way of thinking, misunderstanding emerges constantly, especially in the workplace. Luckily, we are all human, so we are capable to communicate with the opposite sides, which would lead to the proper solution to the conflict. Let me take myself as a typical example. Once the opinions on the plan for New Year’s party collided among our work team, however, after long reasonable and thorough talking, we finally found the consummate answer. You see, compared to cold and quiet machine, people are indeed easier to understand.

Another reason is that cooperating with people is more efficient and effective. Firstly, as no one is perfect, we more or less have weaknesses, to make worse, somehow we do not even know that. As such we need someone to assist me in our less capable field. For instance, if you are not familiar with export policy, your team mate may take this place for you so that you don't need to waste your valuable time in this untouched field. Instead, you can make the full use of the saving time to make a marketing investigation. After all, team work can always make up the weakness and strengthen the advantages. On contrary, it is beyond imaginary to work with such imperfect supplemental machines.

Although I agree that there are advantages while working with machine, such as simple to manifest, less conflicts and convenient usage especially when you can just send emails or faxes to your consumers insteading of knocking at his office after a long walk under the sun. At any rate, the demerits outweigh the merits.
