[font=Times New Roman]First of all, some minor disadvantages to hire an inexperienced worker at a low salary include the worker’s little experience in his field and also the money and time you must spend to make him become familiar with his job .For example,when some new situations take place during working ,the inexperience worker can not response correctly at once to reduce the loss of the company,in addition,the inexperienced worker isn’t familiar with the operation of his work,so he may make a few mistakes,then may affect the quality of the company’s products.Another drawback to employ an inexperienced worker is the training cost.For example,befor he serves the company ,the company must firstly train him,such as tell him some common sense about the job and his responsibility for the job,all these will take time and money ,this training period may last a month.[/font]

can save a lot of money to do other things ,for instance, you can improve the condition of the offices and enlarge the market of the product,then after the improvement of the office condition ,the workers can feel the concerning of the company and will work harder ,it is benefical to the whole company![/font]

In my opinion, these are the two most important goals for him to consider, and hiring the inexperienced worker at low salary is the best way to achieve them.[/font]

小弟我先多谢指教哦，是应该用被动的，哦，我当时写的时候就是在电脑上边想边拍的哦，所以不知道能用多久敲上去哦！！不过我打字的速度好慢啊，现在还不会盲打啊！！
