[font=Verdana]salary reflects one's ability, that is -- the more you earn, the better you do in your career. But to me, there are [/font]
[font=Verdana]so many things outweigh money when I do my job plan.[/font]

[font=Verdana]I care much about whether the job is about a domain I really interested in. I studied in mechanism and I strongly [/font]
[font=Verdana]love it. Sometimes I imagine that one day I could be the best female engineer in the world and even win the Nobel [/font]
[font=Verdana]Prize. So even though a large company provides me high salary to do things about marketing or import and export, I [/font]
[font=Verdana]would not consider accepting it. For the simple reason that I DO NOT LIKE IT so I cannot put myself into it [/font]
[font=Verdana]thoroughly. Keeping me facing 30 different people in a day will really make me crazy! On the contrary, if I accept a [/font]
[font=Verdana]offer of producing parts of a machine and resembling them together, with not much money but enough to live, I think [/font]
[font=Verdana]I will probably get it. I can plough into it, begin everyday with a smile and end it with satisfactory. Because I  [/font]
[font=Verdana]am approaching my dream when I am doing this. See, that is the difference.[/font]

[font=Verdana]Also, health is a significant part during work. When there is no health, there is no mean to money. Nowadays, [/font]
[font=Verdana]variety of jobs demand people to work in an extremely bad condition or always prolong the time of work. Although [/font]
[font=Verdana]they would pay the worker much more than the ordinary ones, they severely damage the health of them, directly or [/font]
[font=Verdana]indirectly. Girls are easily getting old and dull; Boys' strong bodies become vulnerable through the long-time [/font]
[font=Verdana]working in bad situation without relax and physical exercise. Even worse, when they are turning 40 or more, other [/font]
[font=Verdana]relative ailments will turn out, too. That is not a problem can be easily solved by money.[/font]

[font=Verdana]So, as I mentioned above, a proper area and healthy work environment and style appeal to me much. I will never take [/font]
[font=Verdana]money as the most significant aspect of my career.[/font]
