Topic:The ability to cooperate well with others is more important today than in the past, agree or disagree?

Cooperation, which plays an essential role in people's everyday lives, has always been an issue for the majority of people. One question under debate over cooperation is that whether the ability to collaborate well with others is more important today than in the past. As for me, I am in favor of this statement for following reasons.

First of all, the jobs in this modern world, along with the rapid development of economy, gradually becomes highly defined and narrowed, which reuqire us to cooperate with others more frequently. That is, we can not complete a single task just by ourselves. To illustrate, suppose that the major task of a programmer in a software company is to design various programs to meet certain request. However, this is not to say that only programing is his duty. Apart from this main task, he has to contact with the market department about what specific requirement that customers have brought forward. Only in this way will the project be well done. Conversely, if he does not collaborate with the marketing deparment, what would be the result? It is really hard to image.

In addition, the competition nowadays is much fiercer than what uesed to be, and the principle of suvival of the fittest forces business to pay much more attention on cooperation. It is no longer rare to see many well-known companys cooperating with with another large company in order to get greatest profits for both of them. For example, over the past decades, IBM, as one of the biggest manufacturing company in the world, has been collaborating with many Chinese companys to develop its market in China. Also, IBM cooperate with many Chinese universities in an attempt to please the Chinese government and Chinese for the aim to expand  in this market which has huge potential.

Finally, the cooperation between nations occupies more significant positions since the international cooperation is a trend. International cooperation provides developing countries more opportunities to study sophisticated techniques from developed nations as well as more chances to enhance the economy. On the other hand,  without this kind of cooperation, the economic condition in many countries would be stagnant and not make any progress.

In a word, along with the advancement of society, the capability to collaborate is a necessity and the importance of cooperation has become more and more obvious. To cooperate is to achieve the win-win situation.

看到一些小问题，第三段It is no longer rare to see many well-known companys cooperating with with another large company in order to get greatest profits for both of them.中company 的复数companys?

IBM, as one of the biggest manufacturing company in the world, has been collaborating with many Chinese companys to develop its market in China. 句中前面的company 没用复数后面的companys复数用错了
Also, IBM cooperate with many Chinese universities in an attempt to please the Chinese government and Chinese for the aim to expand  in this market which has huge potential.句中cooperate没用单三形式，后面的expand 后面的 in 应去掉否则expand作为及物动词没宾语了
第四段最后一句the economic condition in many countries would be stagnant and not make any progress
语法上没问题，不过我感觉economic condition 换成development of the economy 是不是更好呢，因为不是经济状态而是经济发展停滞的，stagnant 是个好词，但建议换用其动词的被动形式stagnated，感觉能更好的表现出受到阻碍的意思。
写的不错哦，只有一些小问题，要注意company阿，哈哈，就写到这吧，继续努力哦~~~

楼主写的好棒啊 我觉得我总是写不出这么有血有肉的东西来 尤其是例子 想到的不会说 要么就是想不出来 生活化一点的还好 遇到这种经济啊政治啊的就犯傻了
