求问：综合写作写得太多了怎么办？

我今天下午小练了一下，感觉其他方面问题都不大，但是写了350字，OG上说写到200字左右就行了。而且写那么多再考场上会不会时间不够呢？很困惑，不知道有什么地方可以省略的，把作文贴上来。各位大侠们帮我拍拍砖哈，谢谢大家了。
According to the speech, the professor argues that the option that some companies offered to their employees to work four days a week with 80% of their normal salary is very inefficient. This completely refute the opinion from the reading passage, which maintained that such a option can benefit the economy as a whole.

The lecture firstly casts doubt on the proof the passage provides about companies’ benefit. According to the passage, with more time to rest, those four-day workers will make far less mistakes and become more efficient. However, in the lecture, the professor claimed that it was costly even if those employees only get 80% normal salary. In his opinion, companies had to employ new workers to finish the products. It inevitably cuts down the profits, since the company has to cost a large sum of money for new worker’s trainings and medical benefits, also, more offices and computers are needed. From this perspective, the option is not economical.

Also, the professor insisted that it can not create labor needs. As mentioned above, since the company has to sacrifice profit to hire new workers, they would probably force the four-day workers to work overtime to guarantee their profits. As a result, no more vacancy would appear , which means that it can do nothing to reduce the job loss. Furthermore, these workers cannot benefit for the reason that their work pressure would become much heavier. And this will give rise to more errors. It is mentioned in the passage that the workers can make less mistakes. But the professor said it is not true.

In addition, the professor proclaimed that it can not be better to these four day workers, for the reason that they might decrease their job ability because of more rest. Also, it is has greatly reduced the possibility for them to get promotion, since bosses would choose those who work the whole week to supervise the company.

In conclusion, the professor has completely refuted the points made by the passage. He insisted that this option is totally awkward.
