作文1 ,希望大家批改.....谢先了

:) IN recent days , i have heard a new anouncement around my friends , that someone has dicieded to set up a restaurant in our community . There are many various of views among of the members of the neighborhood . Someones said the restaurant would bring much noise pollution ; a part of them said that is a good idear since it can devolop the economy first then others following; even most people are confused about the reasonia of this plan. This is a growing awareness of both the positive and negative influences that the restaurant brings to our neighborhood.  however, as far as i concerned , i prefer building the restaurant to no .

There are two most reason that is why I vote for lanching this plan. the first one that is the most significant one is that can bring the rapid devolopment of economy of our community . I think that our most concerned topic is how to live better, in deeply , it is how to elevate the standard of our live. Generelly speaking, the unique way is to promote the devolopment of the economy. To creat the restaurant is a good way of resulting in the progress of the economy. I may quote a typical example of our near town . Two years age , they faced the same situation that is to deciede to creat a large factory . By the very fierce exchange , the gonver decieded to do it in the end. During these years , they have not only repared the old road but also setted up the highway across the town . Then they also built many new buildings for the workers who are from other towns in the factory. Thanks to the right policies , a lot of people came here for living, even resulted in a great impovement of other bisiness . Now , two years passed , their economies and lived standard hava a obvious advancement.therefore, It , i think , is a very exellent opptunity for out community to set up the retaurant, even we may pay less bill than that town , because it is less pollution of the retaurant than that of the factory .

Beside the first reason, there is another important reason that it can creat the rich tax for local goverment when earned the profit. The local goverment or the legol orgnization of the neighborhood can use the money to make some sensetive activity like refreshing the greenland , creating a new park, impoving the level of the community servise, and so on.

All above the passage set forth the advantage of building the restaurant. Is it perfect ? of course no, it has its own disadvantages that it will produce centain noise pollution that breaks up the clamness of the community and bring some unsafe factor like rottory , theives and so on.all Those factors produce not good influences to our neighborhood.

Considering all the factors above, we could safely draw the conclusion that the advantage of building the restaurant is selfevidence,by contrast , the disadvantage is not very obviouse. Cerntainly , when we devoloped the economy , we must take more attention to environment conservation and secruerity community.
