185. You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy? Give specific reasons to explain your choice.


People nowadays are paying more and more attention to the management of money owing to the soaring economy development. Some people prefer to purchase a house while others assume that using the money they have to do some investment is better. As far as I am concerned, investing the money into a business is a better choice.

The most important reason is that China is in a period when the economy of the country grows very fast. A resent survey shows that the rapid promotion of Chinese economy and the enormous market have made China one of the best countries to carry on a business. Further more, China is a developing country and nobody could estimate the potential business chances.

Another reason to invest, as I perceive, is that I am still young and this is the best period of my whole life to do something both beneficial to the society and myself. With the money I have, I could open a factory, a clothes shop, or a school, just to name a few. I believe that it is of great possibility for me to make a fortune by these means. Eventually, I will have enough money to buy a house, which perhaps is much better than what I can afford at present.

Although it has many advantages to invest with the money, I admit that buying a house still has its merits. There is no doubt that having a place to relax and rest after a tired work is really a pleasure. Furthermore, buying a house in the city can be an investment itself due to the rapidly growing price of real estates.

To sum up from what I have discussed above, both of the choices have their advantages, however, the merits of investment carry more weight than those of buying a house. Therefore, I can draw a safely conclusion that invest the money into a business is a better choice for me.

个人觉得主题句就扣着主题走就好。扯到国家经济发展上作为主题句不是很好吧。。。。
