There are many resources of news and information in the world, it's difficult to know whom to believe and what is truth.

That this is era of rapid social and technological change leading to increase the resources of
news and information resulting in the situation that we can hardly pick out the truth seems to be a headache among most of us. Coincident with the majority's opinion is my serious thought that we should cultivate an appropriate ability of judgment and be willing to get help from the professionals.

Admittedly, personal judgment is an essential to help us select the truth under the massive amount of information. We must put everything we need into our consideration and think independently in order to absorb the truth and remove the fault even if it comes from an essay of a famous scientist. As the head of physics at my university once said:" If you really want explore this world, you will face so many irrelevant or fallacious information or news that confused most of us. Only through individual's judgment based on careful thought can you find your way out and suspension is vital in this process." Thus it calls for the suspect spirit which is crucial in the personal judgment. Embrace suspicion, love suspicion and use suspicion in our practical way. It is only equipped with this kind of effective weapon that can we make a right judgment and find out where lies truth. History abounds typical examples. William Hamsay, the noble gas pioneer, is the most prominent experts in chemistry. His suspicion of weigh of gas in atmosphere has given rise to the discovery of inert gas, which awards him Nobel Price in 1904. Consequently, we can safely draw the conclusion that it is individual's precise judgment that distinguishes the faults from the truths.

Furthermore, we are also fully aware that expert's advice aids us greatly in the course of searching the truth. When we encounter within the puzzled situation where we try our best to think carefully but still bog down in the Sargasso Sea of information overload, don't we ever think of seeking assistance from professionals? Definitely, we do. It can be effective and efficient under the help of professionals. For example, when we are discussing about the meaning of entropy in a seminar on physics, people hold various opinions and each sounds reasonable. At this point we may refer to our physical professor and this is obviously a good choice. In contrast, if not, we may waste a long time yet no result. Therefore, the willing to get access to the help from the experts is playing a significant role in selecting authentic information.

However, it is far from adequate only with 2 points discussed above. Other means should be added to increase its reliability and efficiency, such as broaden your horizon, use hi-tech and so on.

In conclusion, in the vast ocean of information and news, we should cultivate an appropriate ability of personal judgment and be willing to seek assistance for professional in order to find out the truth and remove the fault.

第五行的massive amount of 应该是massive amounts of 吧?

The sentense structures are a little complicated, say Para1.
Overally, it is well written.
