Also, a salary is always connected with a person's productivity in the same industry. A person who is more experienced in the industry will be paid more than others, for the company often considers their experience as a sort of productivity. Every company has its different positions to be served, so it depends on the requirement of each position to choose whether a more experienced manager or a less experienced staff. However, taking some elements like cost, efficiency and the culture of a company into consideration, there are many circumstances where a company's choice of a more experienced man is wise.[/font]

[font=Tahoma]Firstly, it has been a regulation that the new employee must receive training program to fit in the company. Famous global firms all have this program, and have made this program into a indispensable part of the growth of the company. Although the costs of these training programes are usually high, companies have a trend to hire excellent employees with rich experience. This is because training programs for less experienced employees will be low technical, more expensive, and less effective. Therefore, to reduce the real not the nominal cost of elevate human resources, a company should hire a more experienced employees.[/font]

[font=Tahoma]Since the training programs for the experienced is effective, the arranging efficiency of the company will be increased through cultivating those talent and experienced people. For example, Goldman requires its top management team to be wise and excellent, its mid-level managers to be good arrangers, and its basic staff to be diligent order-takers. It is beneficial for the company to be efficient in order to survive in the competitive market. [/font]

[font=Tahoma]Furthermore, the culture of the company will be valued, protected, enriched by the experienced employees, because it is the core point of management. When a company loses its value as a result of the ignorance of the less experienced employees, it will become less competent in the market, with its wrong strategic decisions or financial problems which would even lead it to bankruptcy. Considering all the above reasons and examples, it will be a good decision for a company to hire experienced people with a comparative high salary.[/font]
