首先熟悉材料，不仅要熟练，而且语速得和说话人接近（我们毕竟是中国人，自己觉得读得很熟了，其实离人家正常说话的语速还差的远），如果练到嘴皮发麻的程度，就算熟练了。然后再跟读模仿。模仿时尤其注意连读！再看着文字材料模仿几遍以后就差不多能达到不看原文就能读的境界了！

我报了十月份的考试，之前因为很多原因复习没有连续，现在还有一个多月的时间复习。我之前听写过没连着，现在开始每天听写，但是我有两个疑问：1.听写内容是以您给的每天旧托为主还是以每天做的练习为主；2.我听写旧托福时每天的五篇在一个小时内不能都听完，这是听写速度慢的原因吗。急切等候解答。

(1)以听写为住……做题为辅。材料可以先从场景分类开始听，再听每日旧托福的听写训练。阶段性的做练习就可以，毕竟不是真题。但做过一定要按照步骤去练习做笔记的能力！,hH

（2）是听的慢。所以应该增加听写的量。比如听写一个小时跟读半个小时；再听写一个小时再跟度半过小时……依次类推……
